We are excited at the prospects of welcoming guests to the Crusader Oceanfront Motel. We have been working hard preparing for your visit to ensure you will feel safe and secure! Because of these unique times, we have changed some of our procedures and policies. For us to proceed as smoothly as possible, please note the important following items. Your cooperation is needed and greatly appreciated.
Check-In Procedure: Desk shields have been placed on the desk for your safety as well as ours, please keep in mind that due to extra measures needed to properly prepare your room, check in time will be 3:00PM no early check is possible. To limit your time in our office, we have incorporated all our policies into a pre-registration form to be emailed a couple days prior to arrival.
What You can expect from us: Our goal is to go above and beyond as we prepare your room and our facility with your family health and well-being in mind. Much care, training and resources are being utilized to accomplish this goal. We are here to exceed your expectations and to provide a family fun, yet safe, vacation experience.
- We will monitor staff’s health conditions
- All employees are required to wear face coverings
- Exterior high traffic areas for example, luggage carts, elevators, stair railings, swimming pool entrances etc. will be routinely wiped down
- Shield guards at front desk
- All linens and bed coverings will be removed and washed in an anti-viral solution
- All guest rooms are sanitized with after departures with an anti-viral solution
- Dryers will use extreme heat for all towels & blankets
- No comforters will be used this year
- Daily housekeeping service upon request only
- Room keys will be sanitized in anti-viral solution upon departure of each guest
- Lounge chairs will be rinsed down
What we are asking from you: While our desire is to provide your family with the best vacation possible, your cooperation is appreciated as we face these unusual times. For your safety and others please continue routine health practices: wash hands frequently, bring (and wear) face coverings in common areas, avoid touching your face, use coughing etiquette, and social distancing, especially related to pool, deck lounges, and elevator. Please monitor your own health condition.
