With advance reservations at an all-time high our 2021 Summer Season is shaping up to be a truly memorable one. With a 2020 Trip Advisor rating of #10 of 60 plus motels we will once again focus on providing you and your family a clean, safe and memorable stay. Because of these unique times, we ask you to review our procedures and deposit policies for the 2021 Season as it is important for the enjoyment of all guests and your cooperation is expected and greatly appreciated.
Check-In Procedure: Desk shields have been placed on the desk for your safety as well as ours, please keep in mind that due to extra measures needed to properly prepare your room, check-in time will be 3:00PM no early check-in is possible. To limit your time in our office, we have incorporated all our policies into a pre-registration form to be emailed to your attention two days prior to arrival.
What You can expect from us: Our goal is to go above and beyond as we prepare your room and our facility with your family health and well-being in mind. Much care, training and resources are being utilized to accomplish this goal. We are here to exceed your expectations and to provide a family fun, yet safe, vacation experience.
- We will monitor staff’s health conditions
- All employees are required to wear face coverings
- Shield guards at front desk
- All linens and bed coverings will be removed and washed in an anti-viral solution
- All guest rooms are cleaned with anti viral products
- Dryers will use extreme heat for all towels & blankets
- No comforters will be used
- Room keys will be sanitized in anti-viral solution upon departure of each guest
What we are asking from you: While our desire is to provide your family with the best vacation possible, your cooperation is appreciated as we face these unusual times waiting for the vaccine to be administered to the general public. For your safety and others please continue routine health practices: wash hands frequently, bring (and wear) face coverings in common areas, avoid touching your face, use coughing etiquette, and social distancing, especially related to pool, deck lounges, and elevator. Please monitor your own health condition.
