Reservations require a two night deposit to be confirmed. Packages require a 50% deposit per room. Some exceptions apply. Deposits are not transferable to another guest or to another time period. Personal checks are accepted for deposit so long as they are received at least 14 days prior to your arrival. All deposits will be receipted by mail, email or fax.
Cancellations with more than two weeks’ notice are subject to a 25% service charge and a 50% service charge for package reservation cancellations. Cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice forfeit deposit. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals, unused days, no shows, early departures or for weather.
Check-In begins at 3 PM. Reservations will be held until 6 P.M. unless notice is given for a late arrival. Balance is due on check-in. Payment can be made in Cash, Traveler’s Checks or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Personal checks will NOT be accepted. All occupants of a room must be registered with the Front Desk. It is the law. Unregistered guests will be evicted. Misrepresentation will void a reservation. Room occupancy will be limited to room maximums.
All rates are subject to State, Federal and Local Taxes. Currently these taxes are equal to 14%. Sorry, we do not accept pets. No bicycles are permitted in the rooms or on the guest room floors. Parking for one car is available on premise except for room types 2A and 2B. These rooms will be provided with Free off premise parking. Pick-up trucks and large SUV type vehicles may be asked to park off premise. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All sleeping rooms and public rooms are non-smoking. New Jersey Law requires that all children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian when in the pool or using an elevator. We ask your cooperation in adhering to our Check-Out time which is prior to 11 AM.
