| Cancellations with more than two weeks notice are subject to a 25% service charge and a 50% service charge for package reservation cancellations. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice forfeit deposit. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals, unused days, no shows, early departures or for weather. | ||||||||||||||

Reservations require a two night deposit to be confirmed. Packages require a $100 deposit per room. Some exceptions apply. Deposits are not transferable to another guest or to another time period. Personal checks are accepted for deposit so long as they are received at least 14 days prior to your arrival. All deposites will be receipted by mail, email or fax.

| All rates are subject to State, Federal and Local Taxes. For 2010 these taxes equal 14%. Sorry we do not accommodate pets. No bicycles are permitted in the rooms or on the guest room floors. There is parking on premise for one car per room except for Room Types 1 & 2. These rooms will be provided with Free off premise parking. Pick-up trucks and large SUV type vehicles may be asked to park off premise. New Jersey Law requires that all children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian when in the pool or using an elevator. | Reservations will be held until 6 P.M. unless notice is given for a late arrival. Balance is due on check-in. Payment can be made in Cash, Traveler's Checks or Credit Card. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. All occupants of a room must be registered with the Front Desk. It is the law. Unregistered guests will be evicted.
