Reservations require a two night deposit to be confirmed. Packages require a $100 deposit per room. Some exceptions apply. Deposits are not transferable to another guest or to another time period. Personal checks are accepted for deposit so long as they are received at least 14 days prior to your arrival. All deposits will be receipted by mail, email or fax.

| All rates are subject to State, Federal and Local Taxes. For 2009 these taxes equal 14%. Sorry we do not accommodate pets. No bicycles are permitted in the rooms or on the guest room floors. There is parking on premise for one car per room except for Room Types 1 & 2. These rooms will be provided with Free off premise parking. Pick-up trucks and large SUV type vehicles may be asked to park off premise. New Jersey Law requires that all children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian when in the pool or using an elevator.
